Due to continued growth and recent client wins, This national Casualty Injury team is seeking a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal to take on a supervisory role within its Employers’ and Public Liability (EL/PL) team.

Summary

Job title: Solicitor / Supervisor – EL/PL

Location: UK-wide (Remote, Hybrid or Office – preference for Birmingham )

Salary: Up to £60,000

Role Overview

You’ll lead a small team managing litigated EL/PL claims, while also handling a personal caseload yourself. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and mentoring team members
  • Monitoring performance, compliance and billing
  • Managing workload allocation and risk escalation
  • Building client relationships and supporting BD initiatives

This Role Is For You If You Have:

  • Experience in EL/PL or PI claims
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • High attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and client handling abilities
