Change Lead | Energy Technology – Senior Change Lead | Up to £700 per day (Outside IR35)
Change Lead is needed to join a high-impact transformation programme who provide high-quality solutions focused on energy efficiency to create compliant homes with a nationwide reach and playing a vital role in the decarbonisation in social housing. The Senior Change Lead will report to the Group Head of Business Change.
As Senor Change Lead you will be a key part in turning strategy into action—working closely with business unit leaders, change champions, and improvement teams to embed lasting change and enable sustainable transformation. The Senior Change lead role is a hands-on position with high visibility, real influence across group functions play a critical role focused on driving strategic change delivery across the organisation, ensuring readiness, alignment, and adoption at every level.
Paying up to £700 per day (Outside IR35)
2-3 days per week on-site
As the Senior Change Lead, you will:
- Translate the existing strategic roadmap into a practical, detailed delivery plan. Own and lead its execution across multiple business units.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders at all levels. Represent the Group Head of Business Change in programme forums and key decisions.
- Conduct readiness assessments and implement tailored action plans. Ensure teams are fully prepared for go-live and long-term adoption.
- Design and deliver an effective Train-the-Trainer model. Provide feedback and gap analysis to optimise training frameworks.
- Work with internal comms and the programme comms lead to create impactful messaging, engagement content, and feedback mechanisms.
- Run impact assessments on process, people, and behaviours. Proactively address resistance and change fatigue with mitigation strategies.
- Define key KPIs for adoption and effectiveness. Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead smooth handover of all tools, documentation, and insights to internal teams—ensuring successful BAU transition.
