Medlock Partners are looking for a practical, hands-on People and Operations Partner to join a European People Team on a 9-month fixed-term contract during an exciting period of change and transformation.
This is a unique chance to get stuck into real transformation—supporting teams across the UK and EU.
You’ll be the go-to for day-to-day HR support, employee relations, and making sure people processes are smooth, compliant, and effective. From guiding leaders through change to helping shape how we work, you’ll have real impact.

What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with managers on employee relations, performance, and team development
- Supporting org design and change initiatives
- Contributing to onboarding, engagement, and development projects
- Using HRIS systems to keep everything running smoothly
- Helping build leader capability and a great employee experience
What we’re looking for:
- HR generalist experience (UK experience is essential, EU would be desirable)
- Confident in handling ER issues with good judgement
- Strong stakeholder management and a collaborative mindset
- Curious, proactive, and ready to roll your sleeves up
- Common sense and the ability to lead on projects
- Some travel flexibility
