We are partnering with a leading full-service, Tier 1 and Band 1 ranked law firm, currently seeking a Private Client Senior Associate to join their thriving London team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven solicitor with a solid background in private client matters to handle a high-quality caseload involving HNW and UHNW individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on estate and succession planning, trusts, wills, and inheritance tax
  • Draft lasting powers of attorney and advise on lifetime gifts and living wills
  • Manage probate and contentious probate cases
  • Advise on mental capacity issues and deputyships
  • Support business development and contribute to team growth
  • Collaborate with cross-practice teams as part of a full-service offering

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
  • 5-10+ years PQE in private client law
