We\’re partnering with a national property and construction consultancy with a 50‑year track record of technical and commercial real estate advice. Their team works across a wide range of sectors – including office, retail, residential, industrial, mixed‑use and education – helping clients improve the performance, resilience and value of their buildings across the lifecycle. The Role This role offers a mix of project delivery and professional services, including: Leading surveys on commercial and residential buildings and preparing technical reports Contract administration and site inspections through project stages Input into project monitoring, property improvement and performance work Client communication and collaborative working with multidisciplinary teams Supporting senior surveyors and contributing to practice growth in Cardiff What You\’ll Need MRICS qualification (or equivalent experience) Consultancy experience with a strong grounding in building surveying Excellent report writing and technical analysis skills Confidence engaging with clients and project partners What\’s On Offer £45,000 – £52,000 depending on experience 25 days holiday + bank holidays Professional subscriptions and CPD support Exposure to a range of sectors and building types Being part of a collaborative team that values growth and learning If you\’re a Chartered Surveyor ready for your next step in a supportive and varied consultancy practice, apply today or contact me on (phone number removed) for a confidential conversation
