About the Opportunity

Join a top-ranked Private Wealth Disputes team at a leading UK law firm. This team is recognised for handling the full range of private wealth disputes, including contested wills, Inheritance Act claims, trust disputes (onshore and offshore), equitable claims, and Court of Protection matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of complex private wealth disputes for individuals, executors, trust corporations, charities, and financial institutions.
  • Assist in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers in the team.
  • Work closely with the head of department on business development initiatives and driving team growth.
  • Collaborate in a collegiate environment to deliver exceptional service and outcomes for clients.

Your Profile:

✔ Qualified solicitor with 2-7 years PQE in contentious probate, private wealth disputes, or a related area.

✔ Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-value disputes independently.

✔ Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness.

✔ Excellent interpersonal skills for working with clients and colleagues alike.

✔ ACTAPS and/or STEP diplomas are highly desirable.
