Your Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the quality management of large-scale DC (including warehousing, transportation, and terminal installation), and build and continuously optimize the quality control system covering the entire chain;
2. Formulate and promote the implementation of quality strategies and annual quality goals, and clarify the service standards and quality KPIs of each link (such as cargo damage rate, customer satisfaction, punctuality rate, return rate, etc.);
3. Establish a cross-departmental quality coordination mechanism, coordinate warehousing, transportation, customer service, installation and third-party service providers, and to ensure that problem discovery, processing, feedback, and improvement form a closed loop; design and promote the quality management model of \”pre-prevention-in-process monitoring-post-event review\” to improve risk prevention and control capabilities and process stability;
4. Lead the investigation and analyze the root cause of quality incidents, output feasible improvement plans, and promote implementation and verification; organize quality audits and internal training to improve employees' quality awareness and consistency of operating standards;
5. Analyze operational data and customer feedback, regularly output quality analysis reports and optimization suggestions, and provide decision-making support for management; participate in the review of new projects and new warehouses, and control the implementation of quality standards in the early planning stage.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor or above degree in supply chain management, quality management, industrial engineering or other related fields;
2. More than 5 years of quality management experience in the logistics industry, with experience in quality coordination of large-scale logistics (such as furniture, home appliances, building materials, etc.) or complex multi-node logistics networks is preferred;
3. Familiar with ISO quality management system, with experience in quality system construction;
4. Good at data analysis, and strong leadership skills.
