About the Project
Production Factory, in collaboration with Big Sky Studios, is seeking a team of experienced Retouchers to support the delivery of high-quality fashion stills content for an established UK brand. This role is integral to the post-production team, ensuring final imagery meets the highest creative and technical standards for digital and e-commerce platforms.
The Role
As a Retoucher, you’ll work closely with the Post Production Director and wider creative team to deliver polished, on-brand imagery. You’ll be responsible for colour correction, image clean-up, masking, and compositing, while ensuring consistent output across seasonal collections. This is a fast-paced, high-volume studio environment requiring strong attention to detail, excellent workflow management, and a team-first mindset.
This is a full-time role based on-site at Big Sky Studios in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Retouch high volumes of fashion stills content for digital and e-commerce use, ensuring assets are delivered on time and to brief.
- Carry out detailed image work including colour correction, masking, clean-up and basic compositing.
- Follow established retouching guidelines to maintain a consistent visual standard across all outputs.
- Perform rigorous quality control, with emphasis on colour correction, checking all final imagery meets technical and creative requirements.
- Organise and manage image assets efficiently, supporting the team in smooth file delivery and handover.
- Collaborate with art direction, production, and styling teams to ensure visuals are aligned and delivered in line with creative vision.
- Keep up-to-date with software and retouching best practices to contribute to team performance and innovation.
- Support Post Production Director with image upload and delivery tasks as required.
You’ll Need To Be
- A highly skilled fashion retoucher with demonstrable experience working on e-commerce and digital imagery.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, with strong understanding of colour correction, clean-up, and technical specs for digital output.
- Detail-obsessed and quality-driven, with a keen eye for consistency and image polish.
- Familiar with fast-paced studio environments and able to manage multiple deadlines with ease.
- Collaborative and communicative, working well within cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable and responsive to feedback, while maintaining efficiency and creative integrity.
- Experienced in working to brand guidelines and delivering content that reflects an established brand identity.
- Available full-time on-site at Big Sky Studios in London from mid-July.
