We’re looking for a Clinical Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team, supporting Critical Care departments across the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to step out of the traditional bedside role and into one where your clinical expertise will have a broader impact – empowering teams, enhancing patient care, and helping shape the future of critical care training.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on clinical training and product education to ICU/Critical Care teams
  • Be a trusted point of contact, building relationships across departments
  • Support the implementation of best practices in a range of clinical settings
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to identify and solve clinical challenges
  • Represent a company that genuinely values education, support, and quality care

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with significant experience in ICU, ITU or Critical Care – essential
  • A natural educator – confident in delivering training and speaking with clinical teams
  • A true people person – approachable, empathetic, and able to build trust quickly
  • Strong problem-solving ability and clinical judgement
  • Someone who’s passionate about sharing knowledge and improving outcomes
  • Midlands-based and willing to travel across the region
