The role
In your new role as a HR Systems Assistant you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee data on the system to ensure smooth running of HR Operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Accurately input, update and maintain employee records on the firms HRIS.Support the HR team with data processing.Ensure all HRIS data entry and updates are completed in a timely manner.Contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR data processes.

In order to be successful in this role you will need:
Previous experience in an HR administration role within a professional services environment.Keen interest in HR systems and data management.Strong attention to detail communication, and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
