The Office Manager Role: We are seeking a driven and proactive Office Manager to join our team. From streamlining processes and managing budgets to coordinating people and supporting senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in shaping an efficient, positive, and high-performing workplace. If you love being at the centre of the action, solving problems before they appear, and making a real impact, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate office supplies, equipment, vendors, and facilities needs, including repairs and provider relations. Maintain and improve daily office operations and workplace experience. Manage team calendars, leave tracking, meetings, events, onboarding, offboarding, and routine employee queries. Develop, document, and enforce administrative procedures; identify and implement process improvements; share insights from relevant training. Track budgets, process invoices and expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate and review vendor contracts. Provide operational and administrative support to senior leadership; prepare reports, documents, and meeting logistics; help coordinate cross-team initiatives and internal events. About you: At least 3+ years’ experience in a team or office management role Good working knowledge of (url removed) and Microsoft Excel Proven ability to take ownership of workflows and proactively solve problems Experience supporting senior leadership or managing cross-functional requests Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to handle sensitive or confidential matters with discretion and professionalism General familiarity with other productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, calendaring tools) Solutions-oriented, with a hands-on mindset Comfortable managing ambiguity or scaling processes in fast-changing environments Enjoys enabling others’ success and fostering a positive workplace culture Interested in business operations, team dynamics, and continuous improvement Interested?
