We\’re recruiting for a Health and Safety Manager. This short-term temporary role is covering a short term gap in the management team.
What You\’ll Do
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage risk assessments, audits, and accident investigations.
Deliver training that makes safety second nature.
Support a transient workforce, ensuring consistency in safety standards.
What You Need
NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety certification.
Experience in warehouse/logistics safety management.
Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
The Details
Monday to Friday 9 AM – 5 PM 37.5-hour week
Fast-paced, multi-site operation with automation integration
Reports to Operations Director, working closely with key stakeholders
