You will be joining an international recruitment firm with 8 offices all over the world ( London, Leeds, Manchester, Hong Kong, Singapore, Rotterdam, Frankfurt and Shenzhen), that has specialised in Insurance, Banking, and Technology for the past 15 years . Our leaders are also experts in this field, with an extensive client network that covers almost the entire market – you will be in good hands.
What You\’ll Do
- Source mid-senior Technology candidates by networking, cold-calling, LinkedIn messaging, and attending/ organising networking events to meet your client\’s needs
- Manage end-to-end interview processes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing the offer
- Do active business development, bringing in new clients through networking events, frequent client meetings, cold-calling, and providing market insight and knowledge, building long term relationships
