Part-time Payroll Specialist | Music & Entertainment
20 hours a week over 4 days
2 days in the office / 2 days remote
Weβre excited to be working on a part-time opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a well-established professional services firm in the music and entertainment industries.
This flexible role is ideal for a detail-oriented payroll professional looking to manage multiple client payrolls in a structured and supportive environment.
This is a key position within the payroll team and will play a vital role in ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance while liaising with HMRC and pension providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage weekly and monthly payrolls for multiple clients
- Ensure all payrolls are completed accurately and on time
- Submit payroll data to HMRC and manage PAYE-related tasks
- Handle pension contributions and compliance with providers
- Maintain accurate payroll records and assist with payroll queries from internal teams
- File RTI reports and other necessary payroll documentation
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous payroll experience with a strong understanding of payroll processes
- Previous experience with client/external payroll
- Experience using Sage 50 Payroll and/or CCH is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with internal teams
- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple payrolls simultaneously
- Must have the right to work in the UK
