We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executivewith experience in Paid Media to join a fast-paced, friendly, and results-driven agency team atone of the fastest growing full-service regional media agencies in the UK.You’ll be hands-on with campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Bing, TikTok, and even Spotify, helping big-name clients achieve bold digital goals.
The agency offer hybrid working with 2 days a week in the office, alongside excellent progression plans, annual leave, benefits package and team incentives and events!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and more
- Crafting compelling ad copy, conducting A/B tests, performing keyword research, and tracking performance
- Collaborating with a creative and supportive team that values growth and innovation
Role requirements:
- Someone who’s analytical, proactive, and driven by results
- 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally with paid media focus
- A passion for paid media and eagerness to experiment and learn
- Agency experience is a plus, but not essential – what matters most is your mindset and curiosity
