We’re looking for a high-impact, hands-on, Senior People Business Partner Manager, based in the UK, to support and partner with our key leaders and teams for the UK & EMEA region as we continue to build and grow. While the primary focus of this role is supporting the UK and EMEA regions, it will also play a key role in partnering with the VP of Talent People Business Partners to help deliver a consistent and impactful People Business Partner experience across the organization.

As a key member of our People Business Partner Team, and regional People Team lead, you will be deeply embedded in the business, working closely with leaders to align People strategies with Thrive’s ambitious growth goals. You\’ll drive high-impact initiatives across talent assessment, management, and engagement, culture change, and organization design. You’re a true partner and problem-solver—someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, tackles complex challenges head-on, and is passionate about building an engaged, high-performing workforce. You\’ll take a hands-on and consultative approach to solving problems and driving organizational success by:
- Acting as the go-to talent advisor for leaders and their teams — connecting business goals to people strategies.
- Helping leaders make better decisions and build high-performing, resilient teams.
- Applying structured problem-solving and data-informed insights (both qualitative and quantitative) to shape programs and guide decisions.
- Supporting leaders with organizational design — ensuring teams are structured with the right roles and skillsets to support business objectives.
Build a Competitive, Scalable Organization
You’ll contribute to designing and scaling core talent programs that align with Thrive’s evolving needs, including:
- Supporting leaders in setting clear goals, coaching teams, and developing talent.
- Helping build and deliver talent programs around mentorship, performance management, coaching, and career development.
- Guiding leaders and teams through organizational change, helping them stay aligned and resilient through growth.
Create an Exceptional Employee Experience

- Offering insights and recommendations on cultural and engagement initiatives.
- Supporting implementation of programs focused on employee wellbeing, DEI, and overall talent management.

Drive Operational Excellence & Compliance
You’ll also be a key contributor to how we build and scale smart, compliant People operations:
- Acting as the subject matter expert for employment compliance in your region.
- Helping to evolve and improve People-related processes and systems as Thrive continues to grow.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
Experience & Education:
- 6+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus
Core HR Expertise – Demonstrated depth across key HR disciplines, including:
- Strategic HR advisory and business partnership
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- Performance management and career development
- Training and development program delivery
- Organizational development and change management
Global & Remote Experience:
- Experience supporting a diverse, global workforce, including remote and distributed teams
- Ability to navigate cultural nuance, employment regulations, and regional compliance requirements
Interpersonal & Analytical Skills:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Skilled at building trust and credibility across all levels of the organization
- Proven analytical thinking and decision-making ability
- Capable of handling sensitive issues with discretion, diplomacy, and care
Mindset & Agility:
- Able to pivot quickly and confidently — you can go from 0 to 60 mph when priorities shift
- Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy solving complex, people-related challenges

Travel Requirement: Must be willing and able to work onsite in UK offices (London, Luton, and Nottingham) as needed
