We\’re looking for a Technical Recruiter based in London to help scale our company across Europe and APAC. You’ll focus on hiring across the UK, Poland, Germany, Portugal (Porto), and the Netherlands (Amsterdam) , with a growing footprint in Australia and Taiwan . If you\’re a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and loves building high-impact tech teams from scratch, we want to hear from you.

What You\’ll Do

  • Own and drive full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to offer close) for technical roles across multiple international locations.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Design to define needs, shape hiring strategy, and deliver results.
  • Champion the candidate experience —guide candidates through our interview process with transparency, enthusiasm, and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, Boolean search, and creative outreach.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams on market insights, recruiting best practices, and candidate experience.
  • Use our ATS (Lever) and other tools to track, analyze, and improve recruitment performance through metrics and data.
  • Partner with external recruiting agencies in specific markets as needed—ensuring alignment on quality, process, and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with People Ops and HR partners to ensure smooth onboarding and a strong new hire experience.
  • Help build our employer brand across EMEA and APAC through storytelling, events, and creative candidate engagement.
  • Contribute to recruiting operations, process improvement, and TA initiatives as we scale globally.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in scaling tech teams internationally .
  • Deep understanding of talent markets in EMEA (especially UK, Poland, Germany, Portugal, Netherlands), and an openness to learning about Australia and Taiwan talent landscapes.
  • Experience hiring for Engineering, Product, and/or Data roles in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural fluency—you know how to connect with candidates and stakeholders across time zones and backgrounds.
  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort navigating complex hiring markets.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Lever preferred).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working across geographies and ambiguity.
  • Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent experience.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Previous experience hiring across APAC regions or a genuine interest in international expansion hiring.
  • Exposure to Ad Tech , Streaming , or Media Tech environments.
  • A passion for employer branding and telling a great company story.
  • Experience working with Data Analytics and AI companies
