Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for precision and production excellence? We\’re looking for a Fabrication Team Leader to guide and inspire our talented team of fabricators in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.

What You\’ll Do:

  • Lead and motivate a team of fabricators to meet production goals and quality standards
  • Coordinate daily workflow and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor performance, provide training, and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure safety protocols and best practices are followed at all times
  • Work closely with engineering, planning, and quality departments to resolve issues and improve processes

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in fabrication industry (10+ years), with leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of fabrication tools, machinery, and processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
