- Support the design and delivery of a new Partner Loyalty Programme in collaboration with internal loyalty experts.
- Drive business growth by optimising the commercial value of partner propositions by identifying opportunities for value-adds or monetisation.
- Collaborate with Inventory Strategy and Customer Experience teams to improve the partner and customer journey within our Airport Experiences network.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis with the Product team to refine propositions.
- Define and monitor performance metrics and provide strategic insight to senior leadership.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners and internal stakeholders, leveraging your industry knowledge to deliver value.
- Co-develop integrated marketing and communications plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging to partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a relevant industry: Airline, Hotel, Loyalty, Financial Services, Airports or similar.
- Proven ability to lead or influence cross-functional teams and global programmes.
- Strong commercial mindset with an operational edge.
- Skilled communicator and influencer at senior levels.
- High level of numeracy and analytical capability.
- A proactive, relationship-driven professional with a passion for market insights and customer-centric innovation.
- Experience building tools, processes, or programmes to scale partnership impact.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, global, and matrixed environments.
