A Day in the Life
As L’Oréal’s Early Careers Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of beauty by nurturing the next generation of talent. Reporting to the Head of Early Careers, you’ll join a passionate team of 5 within the broader UK & Ireland Talent Acquisition team and directly manage one team member. You will be responsible for the programme management of our Early Careers programmes; continually develop graduates, interns and apprentices through a structured programme ensuring future talent is developed and retained. You will also manage the internal recruitment pipeline process, stakeholder management of HRBPs and Line Managers, collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and manage relationships with external education providers.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Program Development & Management: Design, implement, and continuously improve impactful early career programs (graduate, intern, and apprentice) to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Talent Pipelining: Oversee the internal recruitment pipeline, ensuring a smooth transition for interns converting to graduate roles and managing the apprentice program.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with HRBPs, line managers, and the Talent Acquisition team to align program objectives and ensure seamless execution.

Learning & Development: Design and deliver engaging learning pathways, training modules, and onboarding experiences for early career cohorts, partnering with the Learning team. Review the quality, impact and effectiveness of all L&D pathways to ensure interventions and training modules are fit for purpose.

Performance Management & Data Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion and retention rates, to measure program success and identify areas for improvement. Ensure full attendance of the learning pathways for all early careers talents.
