Outpost24 is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Europe (United Kingdom, Sweden, Spain, the Netherlands, or Belgium)!
Are you striving to become a marketing pro? Do you thrive on bringing strategy to life across channels, teams, and timelines? We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Campaign & Project Coordinator to join our Demand Generation team. In this role, you’ll be the essential link between high-level marketing strategy and campaign execution across both the Specops and Outpost24 business units.
As a Marketing Coordinator Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across EMEA and North America, including webinars, events, and third-party activities
- Work cross-functionally with content, design, SEO, and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, on-brand, and on point
- Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure timely launches and strong performance
- Collaborate with internal leaders to align campaigns with business unit priorities
- Keep messaging consistent and aligned across all channels and assets
- Track KPIs and channel performance, and ensure clear lead attribution with Marketing Ops
- Support our global partnerships team in executing channel marketing initiatives
- Help evaluate, manage, and optimize relationships with external marketing vendors
What makes you our ideal candidate?
- 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, campaign execution, or project coordination
- Tech or B2B SaaS experience is a must
- A self-starter mentality, you’re not afraid to pitch your own ideas to hit KPIs
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Hubspot)
- Comfortable navigating analytics tools like PowerBI and Google Analytics
- Excellent multitasker with strong time and project management skills
- You’re up to date on the latest trends in B2B marketing, have an interest in ABM and are comfortable trying new things and learning from your mistakes
- Experience in a global distributed team is a plus
- Bonus if you\’re multilingual (especially German, French, or Spanish)
