A global technology organisation is looking for a developing Technical Recruitment Coordinator to join the team on a 3-month temporary assignment in their London office. The role will ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience with the organisation through the entire recruitment process, while also developing creative strategies to source and engage world class talent for various teams.

TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR ROLE:

  • Providing a best-in-class candidate experience by acting as candidates’ main point of contact and managing communication throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive and impactful experience

  • Coordinating across multiple pipelines by working closely with the technical recruiting team to schedule interviews via the Application Tracking System

  • Managing candidate selection alongside Senior and Lead recruiters by thoroughly screening CVs to ensure role and values alignment

  • Sourcing active and passive candidates through tactical research and intelligent sourcing campaigns, engaging candidates across various pipelines and geographies

  • Collaborating on ad-hoc projects with the technical recruiting team to drive improvements and enhance the recruiting experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders

  • Minimum 6 months proven experience in a recruitment role, in house or agency

  • Experience in sourcing candidates and screening CVs

  • Skilled in providing administrative support

  • Strong communication experience

  • Experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools (preferred)
