Description
Lead a team of 12–15 stone benchtop fabricators and make sure the workshop runs smoothly. You’ll be responsible for keeping jobs on schedule, making sure quality stays high, and help the team stay focused and positive.
You’ll be on the floor, working alongside the team, solving problems as they come up. With around 30 tops a week, there’s plenty going on. Enjoy using your ideas to streamline or grow production capabilities.
An experienced leader you’ll bring:
- Solid experience with stone benchtops; you know the process from templating through to installation
- You lead by example and know how to get the best out of people
- Strong organisational skills and calmness when things get busy
- Excellent problem solving; you keep things moving without too much fuss
- Decisive; you’re not afraid to make quick calls
- Basic computer skills
