You\’ll be joining the team leading Entrust\’s Identity portfolio, including the solutions formerly Onfido (AI-powered digital identity solution). With the completed acquisition, Entrust now provides the industry\’s most comprehensive portfolio of AI-powered, identity-centric security solutions.

Our technology helps businesses verify real identities using AI and biometrics, ensuring secure remote customer and business onboarding. By assessing government-issued IDs and facial biometrics with innovative dashboards and fraud signals, we provide companies with the assurance they need to operate securely while allowing people to access services quickly and safely.

We’re looking for an A ssociate Product Designer to join our team at Studio Adoption team. Within Entrust Identity Security .
The Studio Adoption team accelerates product-led growth by reducing friction and increasing confidence in our flagship product. We verify a person is who they say they are when signing up for a new service (like an online bank account), usually with a photo of a government issued ID, and a quick scan of their face. Studio enables our customers to manage their integrations, fraud detection, and understand and action the results from these checks, to ensure good users are onboarded quickly and effectively, while blocking potential fraudsters.

You’ll join a mature and collaborative Product and Design team who values creativity, initiative, and having fun while we work. As an Associate Designer, we understand you may be early in your career, so we’ll provide learning opportunities, mentorship , and support as you develop. You’ll start by delivering smaller, well-scoped pieces of work and as you build confidence, you’ll take on more responsibility and greater challenges .

What you’ll do at Entrust

  • Engage in all stages of the user research and product design process. You’ll start with smaller tasks with the guidance of your manager and alongside a mentor , then grow to take on more challenging work independently .

  • Collaborate on problems with experts in different fields ranging from user researchers to fraud specialists.

  • Work with the user research team to understand the needs of our customers and users and design intuitive and delightful solutions for them .

  • Deliver designs using our design system and work with the engineering team to bring them to life.

  • Join workshops and critique sessions to bring forward new ideas and continuously improve our products and processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • You have 0-3 years of experience in design, preferably in a tech-driven environment.

  • You can share examples of design work completed with others, whether that’s through internships, professional work, student work, or side-projects.

  • You \’re p assion ate about design and creative problem-solving;

  • You have s ome experience with design software (e.g. Figma);

  • You are familiar with design techniques and methodologies;

  • You understand visual design fundamentals (e.g., layout, type, colour , and fonts);

  • You have a strong desire to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good communication skills and a n ability to present your ideas clearly.

  • You \’ve worked with a team to deliver software .

Please note this is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in our London office.
