Finance Business Partner – B2B

Fixed Term – 12 months

We’re on the lookout for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to lead the financial performance of our B2B division. This 12-month fixed term role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact—shaping strategy, guiding decisions, and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver success.

What you\’ll be doing

You’ll be the dedicated Finance Business Partner for our B2B division—working closely with the Director and senior teams to:

  • Shape strategic and operational plans through financial insight
  • Deliver commercial analysis to support pricing, investment, and operational decisions
  • Lead scenario modelling and assess financial impact under tight timelines
  • Own monthly forecasting and ensure KPI visibility across the division
  • Track performance against forecasts to highlight risks and opportunities
  • Take full P&L ownership and lead the presentation of results to senior leadership
  • Drive cost control and margin improvement
  • Support transformation and best practice initiatives
  • Set targets and lead on commission/bonus scheme design
  • Collaborate with data analysts to build actionable insight tools
  • Be the escalation point for financial approvals within B2B
  • Contribute to business cases, board-level presentations, and post-project reviews

  • Are professionally qualified (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) – preferred
  • Have commercial strengths in cost control, stakeholder engagement, and communication
  • Are comfortable with data tools like Tableau or Power BI – a plus
  • Have experience in construction or a related industry – nice to have
