As a Manager, you will:
- Support clients in achieving strategic and operational goals by improving processes and operating models
- Address complex business challenges using rigorous analysis and decision-making skills
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and promote agile design solutions
- Build strong client relationships and ensure expectations are met or exceeded
- Contribute to business development activities and develop proposals
- Support the development of CFO & EV practice capabilities
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering high performance
Skills and experience required:
- 5+ years in consulting or 8+ years in industry, with experience in finance transformation and digital finance projects
- Familiarity with finance technologies and data, including cloud ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge of latest technologies like AI, RPA, and Analytics in a finance context
- Expertise in designing optimized finance processes across various domains
- Ability to conduct fit-gap analysis and develop technology roadmaps
Preferred qualifications include experience with design thinking/agile, professional finance or accounting certifications, strong collaboration skills, and a proven track record in driving business outcomes.
