You’ll be joining a dynamic team for a leading global supplier for software solutions. Are you a Support Analyst looking for a role with job longevity and to build a career? If so, we’d love to hear from you. You will have the flexibility of hybrid working and appealing benefits.

As the Support Analyst you will be providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to our clients existing customer base. Understanding business process, some internal training and ideally experience of working with SYSPRO ERP.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and telephone support to customers
  • Product testing on new and existing products
  • Provide internal training
  • Build and share knowledge on new features of software
  • To give advice and support teams with any project issues so they can be resolved
  • Strong understanding of business processes, logistics
  • Work alongside the Support Desk Manager to help ensure opportunities are grown and customer expectations met

Skills:

  • Experience of SYSPRO ERP
  • Previous experience of ERP support/Help Desk
  • Full understanding of product testing, test documentation and test plans
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experienced at supporting end users/customers
