Your Role
As Deputy General Manager, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead the team and run the day-to-day operation of the pub. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Inspiring and leading a motivated front-of-house team
  • Ensuring exceptional guest experiences, every time
  • Supporting in all areas: People, Sales, Operations, and Profit
  • Driving standards through training, coaching, and development
  • Overseeing budgets, stock control, and labour forecasting
  • Maintaining compliance across health & safety and audits

Who are we looking for?
You’ll be a passionate leader with a hospitality heart and business head:

  • Proven experience in a similar management role
  • Hospitality background, ideally with premium pubs or restaurants
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Commercially savvy – able to analyse and act on business performance
  • Hands-on, calm under pressure, and obsessed with great guest service
  • Right to work in the UK is essential
