Your opportunity

  • Support product development initiatives and the ongoing maintenance of Janus Henderson’s product range in Europe
  • Assist in the creation of documentation for new products and product enhancements, including preparation of committee presentations, product idea proposals and product specifications
  • Oversee share class launches including business case and approval andhand-off to implementation partners
  • Research competitor initiatives and product offerings
  • Partner with members of the Product Strategy team to prepare analysis, research and other product information
  • Help maintain product data and information such as pipeline documents and static data
  • Help manage timelines and due dates of projects
  • Build relationships across departments
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned

Must have skills

  • 1-2 years’ of experience in the financial industry
  • Knowledge of asset management industry and investment products
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to liaise with senior management, peers and other team members
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver multiple initiatives to demanding deadlines
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team Player with the ability to work on your own initiative

Nice to have skills

  • Basic experience with industry data providers (e.g., Morningstar) is a plus
