We’re looking for aChange Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, drive meaningful change, and help embed new ways of working across our dynamic, creative organisation.
Location: This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days from the London office.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead change strategies for complex digital and structural transformation projects.
- Drive communication – craft compelling narratives that explain the \’why\’, \’what\’ and \’how\’ of change.
- Engage and influence stakeholders across Commercial, Digital, and Product teams.
- Design and deliver training, enablement, and adoption plans for new tools and processes.
- Facilitate workshops, drive alignment, and embed change into delivery lifecycles.
- Track success through adoption metrics, feedback loops, and stakeholder satisfaction.
