Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to join one of our global law firm clients at their London office. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a globally respected law firm where collaboration, innovation, and excellence drive everything they do.
The Role
As a key player in the Business Development team, you\’ll gain broad exposure to strategic marketing initiatives and legal business development. You\’ll assist in preparing credentials and pitch materials, support client research, manage deal data, and contribute to internal and external communications-including thought leadership around AI and other hot legal topics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce engaging pitch, credential and RFP documents under tight timelines
- Maintain CRM and support marketing campaigns
- Assist with awards, rankings and intranet updates
- Support internal and client events alongside the Senior Events Manager
- Help track and organise pitch materials and deal records
- Contribute to blog posts and client alerts
- Conduct research using various tools to help deepen client insights
Who You Are:
- A graduate or early-career marketer with professional services experience
- Great writing skills
- Top-notch organisation
- Strong team spirit
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and a flexible attitude are essential
