About the Role
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and local project teams to deliver on key client projects
- Manage multiple assignments while ensuring timely delivery of insights and recommendations
- Work with MS Excel to build and maintain large databases from raw source data
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative performance indicators to uncover actionable insights
- Prepare compelling client deliverables in PowerPoint
- Support ongoing development within the analysis team, both locally and across international projects
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) – essential
- Holds a STEM-related degree (Biology, Chemistry, Public Health, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
- A recent graduate or someone with 1–3 years’ experience in a data/analyst role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
