We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Readiness Lead to join our client within the financial services industry.

This is a newly created role and the ideal candidate will have a strong operational change background, experience of the full change delivery lifecycle as well as the ability to lead and develop a team of Business Specialists.

The Business Readiness Lead will work closely with both BAU and Change teams to develop and implement a leading operational change management framework, to deliver sustainable business and people-related outcomes, whilst ensuring all deliverables meet and continue to meet, business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a robust operational change management approach.
  • Collaborate across BAU and Change teams to drive alignment and integration.
  • Ensure Operational Impact Assessments are conducted across all change initiatives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and analysis for key projects within the Corporate Change Portfolio.
  • Oversee readiness activities to ensure smooth adoption of change across business functions.
  • Champion continuous improvement and lead efforts to embed lasting change capabilities.

You will need to have;

  • Previous experience working in a similar Change/Business Readiness role with experience E2E lifecycle exp
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
  • Experience in providing and signing off business requirements
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office including Visio and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal relationship building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst achieving defined targets
  • Ability to interpret a wide range of information and utilise findings for improvements
  • Experience and knowledge of working with customer service processes within a financial environment would be desirable
