Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, resilient, and compassionate Behaviour Mentor & Cover Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This dual role supports behaviour management and classroom continuity across the school. The successful candidate will work closely with students, supporting them to make positive behavioural choices, while also delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of teaching staff to ensure consistency in learning.
Achieving the best outcomes for our students is our priority through the continued development of high-quality pedagogy embedded across the school.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils to thrive and reach their full potential.
- Demonstrate a friendly manner and communicate effectively with staff and pupils.
- Work effectively as part of a team and use initiative when required.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of teaching staff to maintain continuity of learning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrates a passion for helping pupils succeed.
- Strong communication skills with staff and pupils.
- Experience in a similar school environment is desirable.
