Job Purpose
This leadership role is responsible for the delivery of digitally led, data-driven marketing programs across Europe. The successful candidate will oversee a team of approximately 35 professionals, ensuring the operational excellence, efficiency, and effectiveness of campaign execution.
A key part of the role includes working within a shared services model, driving collaboration across teams and aligning marketing execution with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing programs for vendors and clients, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and aligned with brand and business goals.

Manage the operational performance of service delivery teams, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure optimal resource utilization and manage budgets effectively to drive cost-efficiency and value for money.

Continuously improve service processes and workflows, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions and drive operational innovation.

Design and evolve the shared services delivery model to enhance consistency, scalability, and efficiency across regions and functions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

10–15 years of relevant professional experience in marketing operations, program delivery, or related fields

5–8 years of direct people management experience

Experience in marketing agencies, shared service environments or or business/operational excellence functions.

Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to align execution to business impact
