Arts & Business NI is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer to steer the organisation into its next chapter
Job Description
The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of A&BNI\’s mission. This is a high-profile leadership role requiring advocacy, entrepreneurial spirit, a strong drive to excel and inspiring and inclusive team leadership.
Arts & Business NI is a charity and creative membership network that champions the value of the arts, sparks dynamic cultural-corporate partnerships, invests in innovation, and works to strengthen the Northern Ireland arts sector.
Since becoming an independent charity and company in 2011, A&BNI has achieved significant milestones. We\’ve invested over £1.8 million in match-funding for creative partnerships through our Arts Council NI funded Investment Programme, supported our members to achieve their ambitions, and launched Blueprint-a £1.4 million financial growth programme designed to build financial resilience in the arts sector.
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to build on our strong foundations and steer the organisation into its next chapter.
