Forth Valley Quality is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to fill the role of Project Support Officer. You will be a key member of the team that supports the delivery of a wide range of quality, safety, and governance activities across hospital, primary care and community services.
You will be educated to degree level or have equivalent qualifications/ relevant experience. We’re looking for someone with a good understanding of quality improvement / project / change management principles and some experience of the use of these in health care settings. Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills and be a confident communicator.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and project management skills, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to apply process and analytical thinking to enable health and care improvement for both patients, staff and the healthcare system.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to and facilitate planning, testing, measuring, and reporting on change projects and programmes. You will have an awareness of the role of technology in health and care and also be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office packages and skilled in data collection, analysis and reporting.
The post-holder will be required to work flexibly across NHS Forth Valley. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
