Product Development Manager – Neurotechnology

Newton Colmore is working with a growing medical devices company in Cambridge, and we are assisting them in their search for a Product Development Manager.

This is a key role for the company, as they look to add more structure to their design team. You will be leading development projects on technology that aims to interact with the nervous system to diagnose, monitor, and treat hard-to-treat conditions.

As well as managing projects and a team, you will also be managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are on time and within budget. You will also have responsibility for mentoring the next generation of engineers and scientists working on your team and help shape future development pipelines.

The role will also involve some commercial aspects, collaborating with suppliers, distributors, and stakeholders to understand the capabilities of the technology.
