Are you passionate about transforming the banking client onboarding experience? We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner with deep banking domain expertise to lead our Client Onboarding solutions.
What you’ll do:
Own and drive the onboarding product roadmap aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.
Collaborate across teams—Business, Compliance, Legal, Tech—to define and prioritize requirements.
Lead Agile ceremonies and manage the backlog to deliver high-value features.
Ensure KYC/AML compliance and seamless, customer-friendly onboarding journeys.
Analyze data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
What we need from you:
7+ years as a Product Owner/Business Analyst, with 5+ in Banking or Financial Services.
Proven experience in Client Onboarding, KYC/AML, and digital onboarding solutions.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience, excellent stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
