Accountabilities:

  • Identify and build strong relationships with tour operators and DMCs, with a focus on the UK and Central European markets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet growth and revenue objectives
  • Conduct market research and stay current on industry trends to uncover new business opportunities
  • Prepare persuasive sales presentations and tailored proposals that resonate with prospective clients
  • Negotiate agreements that are both profitable and customer-centric
  • Collaborate closely with onboarding and operational teams to ensure a smooth client integration experience
  • Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and interactions using CRM tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise-level sales, preferably within SaaS for travel or hospitality
  • Established network of contacts within the tour operator and DMC ecosystem in Europe (especially the UK and Central Europe)
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Collaborative team player who can also work autonomously and meet targets
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Google Workspace
