We\’re currently seeking a Programme Lead to play a vital role in driving the business to meet key milestones and objectives, and ensuring alignment between multiple business functions. As Programme Lead , you’ll own the strategic direction, governance, and execution oversight across all four of our critical RBPT Powertrains programmes . You’ll be the go‑to authority for program definition, delivery standards, escalation, and risk control , embedded at the heart of a world‑class technical team pushing engineering limits daily.
