Brief
We are seeking a talented Infrastructure Projects lawyer with 4-6 years PQE to join our expanding Projects Team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
Our Team
Our Projects practice at Pinsent Masons LLP, leveraging a network across Europe, Africa, the Gulf, and Asia Pacific, offers specialists in energy, infrastructure, and real estate developments. Our Tier 1 Scottish infrastructure team advises private and public sector clients on projects from procurement and construction to operation and handback. Notable team members include Stuart Barr, Victoria Miller, and Chris Owens, who specializes in student accommodation DBFO procurements, district heating projects, and EV charging contracts.
Work highlights include:
- Advising the University of Sussex on its procurement of 1,900 student accommodation beds in partnership with Balfour Beatty.
- Advising LSE and the Universities of Birmingham and Essex on delivering approximately 3,500 new student beds in 2021.
- Recognition as winners of the Property Week Student Accommodation award.
