This impressive team provides a full spectrum of legal services to a diverse and dynamic client base, including start-ups, owner-managed businesses, PLCs, partnerships, local authorities, charities, and high-net-worth individuals.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality matters with a collaborative and supportive team.
Responsibilities:
Manage your own caseload while supporting senior team members with complex matters.
Handle company formation, memorandum & articles of association, sale and purchase of companies and businesses, management buy-outs/buy-ins and venture capital investments, corporate restructuring and reorganization, and shareholder and partnership agreements & dissolutions.
Qualifications:
1-4 Years PQE as a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with broad corporate and commercial experience.
Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well within a team environment.
A driven, determined, and ambitious individual looking to excel within this highly regarded firm.
