Job Description

Corporate Commercial Solicitor, NQ- 2 Years PQE, London, £75,000+ (DOE). You'll be part of a dynamic team that works with high-profile clients from multinational corporates to fast-growing start-ups—both domestically and internationally. JOB REF:9856

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide spectrum of complex and high-value transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work.

THE ROLE:
• Draft and negotiate clear, concise corporate and commercial documentation
• Manage transactions from start to finish, liaising with clients and local counsel
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Play an active role in business development and client relationship building
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team development

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Solid experience in corporate or commercial law, ideally in a fast-paced practice
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Confident communicator with excellent client-handling skills
• Highly organised and able to manage competing deadlines
• Collaborative and proactive team player with a passion for delivering outstanding service
