Architectural Technologist
Location: Towcester
Salary: £38-44,000
A great opportunity is available for an experienced and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to become part of a well-established and expanding architectural practice based in Towcester. This position offers the chance to work on a varied portfolio of high-quality residential and commercial schemes within a collaborative and design-focused studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and full construction packages
- Assist with the development of designs, ensuring solutions are practical, buildable, and compliant with current regulations
- Work closely with internal project teams to meet deadlines and uphold high-quality standards
- Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities when required
- Carry out site surveys and attend site visits or inspections as necessary
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building regulations, industry developments, and best practice
Key Requirements
- Demonstrable experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Degree or relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
