The role of the Business Analyst is to support in the delivery of each initiative from within the Product team, drawing out key technical details and identifying areas of improvement through analytical thinking and problem solving. You’ll be owning business requirements & interfacing into the business, to ensure that objectives are covered in sprints. You’ll assist in all aspects of delivery and be able to link this to benefit realisation and where vital in planning/conceptualisation.
You’ll report into a Product Owner and help them to coordinate full delivery of our strategy and goals.
The successful candidate must evidence experience of operating at pace, with ambiguity and be comfortable dealing with fast paced, constantly evolving priorities as part of high-performing team.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Solid technical background and understanding in the digital world
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to ensure delivery across multiple partners in very multifaceted teams and subject areas
- Ability to analyse user documentation and provide delivery teams with relevant and useful detail to deliver requirements
- Ability to capture the business goals and objectives within each initiative and ensure the plan to reach these are broken down into doable tasks

- Support in analysing relevant data/reporting to find opportunities and where we can link initiatives to benefits
- Ensure that impacts can be accurately measured and work with other teams to identify and set up reporting
- Identify and work with partners to ensure agreement and alignment
- Handle requirements throughout the delivery, ensuring effective scope control and solution compliance to requirements
- Review work and provide constructive feedback
- Liaise with relevant teams where there are delivery dependencies
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues
