Lead Revit MEP Coordinator opportunity available with our client, a Croydon-based MEP company with over 25 years\’ experience delivering sustainable M&E projects across the commercial sector.
Due to consistent expansion and an ongoing high-value project that our client is currently working on, this opportunity will involve working on a multi-use new build in Central London, with a total MEP value of £25m, and a mixture of residential and commercial work. Our client has a large pipeline of additional works, so once this project has finished, there will be significant opportunities for continued work.
The successful Lead Revit MEP Coordinator will be leading on this project, reporting into the Director\’s and managing a team of MEP Revit Technicians. The role will be office-based out of our client\’s high-end office space in Croydon, and a strong background in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is essential.
Lead Revit MEP Coordinator Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years\’ Revit MEP coordinator experience
- Strong working knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD
- Experience working to BIM Level 2 standards and familiarity with COBie data requirements
- Proven ability to lead coordination on large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments
- Comfortable managing Revit teams, including delegating and reviewing work
- Based within a commutable distance of Croydon and able to work in the office full time
