Job Title: Project Manager – Integrated Project Controls
Purpose of the Role:
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the integration of already-deployed project control applications “Contruent, Primavera P6, and Active Risk Manager (ARM)” to ensure seamless data flow, interoperability, and alignment with enterprise architecture. This role will coordinate with technical stakeholders including Solution Architects, Data Architects, and Integration Architects, acting as the central point of contact to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient integration solutions that supports project controls functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of deployed project control applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Architects, and Integration Architects to align integration efforts with enterprise architecture and data strategies.
- Define and manage integration requirements, workflows, and data mappings between systems.
- Oversee the development and implementation of API-based integrations, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, project controls, and business stakeholders to ensure integration solutions meet operational needs.
- Coordinate testing, validation, and troubleshooting of integration components.
- Ensure integration solutions comply with governance, data quality, and security standards.
- Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users and technical teams as needed..
Experience:
- Experience in Project Controls within large-scale infrastructure or capital projects, including cost management, scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting.
- Proven track record of leading integration projects involving enterprise-level project control systems such as Contruent (ARES PRISM), Primavera P6, and Active Risk Manager (ARM).
- Demonstrated experience working within or closely with Project Management Offices (PMOs), with a strong understanding of governance, reporting structures, and project lifecycle methodologies.
- Experience managing and collaborating with technical stakeholders, including Solution Architects, Data Architects, and Integration Architects, to ensure alignment of integration strategies with enterprise architecture.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and external vendors, to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are advantageous.
