Wood is recruiting a Regional Operations Coordinator to support our client’s Operations and Maintenance team on a permanent staff basis.
Hybrid working – 3 days working from London’s office

Expected qualifications and experience:
- Degree qualification in Engineering, Scientific Discipline, or acceptable qualifications in a related technical field, or a degree in a commercial/business discipline and/or equivalent
- Experience in operations / contract management, including smaller/lesser complex contracts and larger/more complex contracts/portfolios
- Proven track record of successful delivery within relevant industry sectors
- Broad understanding of the industry with networking capability
- Experience in customer/contractor-facing communication and negotiation
- Relevant technical expertise applicable to the scope
- Ability to balance commercial considerations with operational excellence
- Knowledge of current HSSEA and other relevant legislation
- Ability to steer and implement change programmes
- Confidence in addressing site teams on safety, operational, and employee matters
