We\’re working with a fantastic client in the property sector who is on the lookout for a Property Administration Manager to join their team in Manchester City Centre. This is a great role for someone who\’s organised, proactive, and enjoys speaking with investors while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Property Management team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Organise and conduct mid-term inspections and check-outs, providing high-quality reports to landlords
  • Ensure all compliance documentation is completed with accuracy and efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and landlords alike
  • Provide landlords with insightful market updates based on property data
  • Manage investor returns and deal with related queries in a timely manner
  • Assist the lettings team when needed
