What will the role involve?

Leadership – Lead, support, and inspire your team, setting an example for your colleagues.

Planning and Assessment – Take ownership of planning, observations, and assessments in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Collaboration – Work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.

Teaching Excellence – Play a key role in supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.

  • Full and relevant level 3 qualification (Essential)
  • An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs)
